James Clapper leaked information about the Dossier to CNN and then lied to Congress!

James Clapper instructed Comey to brief Trump on the existence of the Steele Dossier and then proceeded to leak that the President had been briefed on the Dossier to Jake Tapper at CNN, which began in earnest and publicly the "Russian Collusion" investigation! Clapper later lied under oath to Congress, telling them he had never talked to the press about the Dossier!
