Disney’s director of music publishing, Jon Heely, has been charged with three counts of sexually abusing children, Variety reports.

During a two year period there were as many as 260 cases of child abuse of children entrusted to the care of the Department of Children and Families in Massachusetts. The DCF did not report 118 incidents of sexual abuse of a child in the agency's care. Some incidents involved employees of the Department.
