Harvard may be facing a lawsuit from a man who was assaulted after attending an event of a speaker who advocates preemptive violence against political opponents.

On Nov. 18 a group called 'Resist Marxism' organized a "Rally for the Republic' to celebrate America and promote traditional American principles such as liberty and freedom enshrined in the Constitution.

The City of Boston is facing a tough job trying to balance keeping the peace and protecting constitutional rights. Oath Keepers militia providing security for the event say they wont trade liberty for security.

Resist Marxism's "Rally for the Republic" is now facing demonstrations by leftist groups intent on portraying the conservative group as violent, racists.
